Legal Services for At-Risk Families

The Legal Services for At-Risk Families was a program formerly funded by the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund to provide civil legal assistance to parents and families at risk of child abuse and neglect. Although FYLaw no longer provides the services under this program, this manual contains the program process, instructions, and insights for other organizations to utilize and duplicate the program.

FYLaw continues to provide legal services to youth in the child welfare system, former foster youth, or cross-over youth. Please see FYLaw’s Family and Youth Advocacy Center Page, for more information.
