As of March 1, 2015, the National Center for Adoption Law and Policy (NCALP) will change its name to the FYLaw: the Family and Youth Law Center at Capital University Law School. The name change was prompted by a desire to more accurately reflect the entire scope of FYLaw’s work and mission: to work within child welfare, adoption, and juvenile justice systems to support positive outcomes for children, youth, and families.
