This event is named for N. Douglas Wells, a dedicated teacher and cherished faculty member at Capital University Law School from 1989 through 2004. Family law was one of his areas of research and teaching, and when the opportunity to establish a Center at Capital Law School focused on child welfare and adoption emerged, Professor Wells immediately took a leadership role in helping turn that idea into a reality. The 2024 Wells Lecture is the 13th annual event named in Professor Wells’ honor.
Registration for the Wells Lecture is open to the general public.
REGISTRATION COMING SOON.
